Purose/Purose CL series

The agarose concentrations of Purose 4 B and Purose 6 B products are 4% and 6%, respectively. They are all blank microspheres without any modification, and they can be used for purification or detection of biomolecules such as polysaccharides, peptides and proteins. Purose CL- 2B, CL-4B and CL-6B are blank microspheres obtained by further crosslinking based on 2B, 4B and 6B. These products retain the excellent hydrophilicity and large grid structure of natural polysaccharide compounds. They have good compatibility with bioactive macromolecules, and they have characteristics of high strength, no non-specific adsorption, and fast flow. These products can be used for gel filtration of biological macromolecular components such as viral particles, macromolecular proteins and supercoiled DNA.
