GFC media prepacked column

Media prepacked column is a ready-to-use chromatography column in which the medium is prepacked into an empty chromatography column, which can be directly connected to the purification system, avoiding the problems such as complex operation, low column efficiency and media loss caused by the self-packing column. We can provide different sizes of glass columns with thermostatic jackets (GL), plastic prepacked columns, or settling columns (ST), they are easy to operate and used for the separation and preparation of small/pilot products.

GFC media prepacked column can be widely used in laboratory-scale process development, sample preparation and it is suitable for the desalting/solution exchange, of polysaccharide, nucleic acid, protein and it is also suitable for the purification of polypeptide, and protein.
