Benzonase Nuclease

Benzonase Nuclease

Product Introduction

Benzonase Nuclease, also known as unrestricted endonuclease and broad-spectrum nuclease, is a nuclease derived from SerratiaMarcescens and modified by genetic engineering. It can degrade all forms of DNA and RNA, including double-helical, single stranded, double-stranded, linear, circular, natural and denatured nucleic acids, into 5' -monophosphate oligonucleotide fragment 3-5 bases long, and it is effective under a variety of operating conditions. It is widely used because it has no special requirement for nucleic acid base sequence and can be cut between any nucleotides in the chain.

Product Advantage

  • High quality: GMP standard production, the United States FDA DMF record, quality assurance.
  • Gene recombination: animal or human component free.
  • Wide range of use: the best reaction condition is more than 90% enzyme activity, the effective reaction condition is more than 15% enzyme activity.
  • High purity: The protein purity was verified by SDS-PAGE and SEC-HPLC respectively, and both were higher than 99%.
